John is an excellent and friendly technician. He thoroughly explained his process and what to keep an eye out for afterwards. We're happy to know we can rely on him if we ever have a pest problem!
WOW! John did a great - no wait, FANTASTIC - job getting rid of a HUGE hornets nest under our eave, at least 30 ft up in the eave.
He answered my call quickly and was out there the next day, then removed the freaking thing.
