I went in so upset because of a bad haircut I got and she recommended exactly what would work with my hair type. She talked to me throughout the cut making sure I was ok with what she was doing. “This was my second time getting a pedicure here. First time I went with a friend (we had appointment). Very friend staff and clean. Sat us right away. Someone came to start her pedicure and after almost 10 minutes they noticed I was still waiting and sent someone over. No big deal except then my pedicure was done before hers. A little annoying but thought I would give it another try. Went back on my own, with appointment. Again, staff super friendly and nice and sent to sit down immediately. Unfortunately, similar problem. Pedicure was only about 20 mins. and when I got home I realized she literally painted only 3/4 of most of my nails leaving the side portion undone. Also while there I noticed the topcoat on one nail was clumpy and she missed a portion but I figured I'd fix it at home. The prices are good, staff is friendly, and place is clean. Maybe I am just having bad luck not picking particular technicians and getting whoever is available.“

“2 years ago I came across an ad for Royal Fades Barbershop for their Sensory Sunday haircuts. My son has pretty bad ADHD and anxiety so getting his haircut was pretty much a disaster every time. So we wanted to give it a try so we booked an appointment. Adam creates such a calm and welcoming environment. He is extremely patient, so kind and amazing at what he does. We are so happy to have found him and appreciate him more than we can put into words. Fast forward to now, my son looks forward to seeing Adam and getting his hair cut!! Still a little fussy with the cuts at times but nothing like before. His hair always comes out perfect! We get compliments on his hair all the time. Jason is amazing I Highly recommend him he is very patient and pays attention to detail and makes sure you are happy with the length/ color/ design. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Karena (hope I’m spelling her name correctly ) is amazing as also I go to her for my pedicures, she has conversation and is so nice and down to earth. Not to mention they are redoing the entire place (even though it was already beautiful) and expanding to make it bigger ?. Again love this place and the people !
