I would highly recommend Tri- State Building Specialties. The room they built is our favorite room in the house. Quality is superior to other sunroom’s that I have seen in the area. From the sales presentation to the project management, everything was done to our expectations. One year after completion we experienced a warranty issue with the roof, but it was addressed and improved on. Dom followed up to ensure we were satisfied as well. Very professional and thorough. Still our favorite room in the house. We will continue to be a reference.
Great product explanation & walking us through the initial process. No pressures of ending sales promotions, sales folks usually do.
Jason was very courteous & was ahead of time but waited very patiently. They have a great team and looking forward to working with them.

Their representative even confirmed that the window seals weren't manufactured...read full review
