I have used SPS on two separate occasions and was overwhelmingly satisfied. I am the Director of Finance at a Continuing Care Retirement Community in New York in which we have a skilled nursing unit along with other levels of care. Two years ago a friend of mine was admitted to our skilled unit. It was a very complicated case but SPS was able to get her on Medicaid without issue. A few months ago, my father was admitted to the skilled unit and I again reached out to SPS. They handled everything, which made and it so streamlined. It was a spousal case and certainly helped my mother immensely to have my dad on Medicaid. My mother and I were very pleased with everything SPS did. I have recommended SPS to another employee who works and he too was not disappointed. Adina handled the intake and she was pleasant and very nice to work with. Sari was the case manager and was just outstanding. She kept me informed, was incredibly competent and did her job to perfection. I cannot say enough positive things about her.
