If i could give this one star, I would. Demanded i tip even though someone else was treating me. When I said I cant, they wouldn't let me leave until I do so. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and I will not be going back. Tipping is an option, and if not, then include it in the price. Customer service so so awful. Please listen to me and find someplace else to go to.

Got burnt!
Went for a waxing there now and a long time ago, when I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular private beautician who I’m so happy with. I like the idea that you can walk in at your own convenience without needing to call for an appointment!
However, later on I had red burn spots on my skin that were so painful!! From the hot wax! I never had that before with my waxing at private beautician! And each visit was with different girls.
When I mentioned the wax felt too hot she turned on a fan to cool it off. Nevertheless I once again found myself with red burn spots later on, and it was quite painful!

DO NOT GO! There’s a beautiful professional salon down the road called sunshine!
They were in the middle of doing my nails, LITERALLY. And when a new customer walked in and asked if they’re available, she said yes sure! And started her pedicure, leaving me with 3 nails half gelled! HORRIBLE!
