My experience was a very pleasant one. I met with Joe when I walked in, and Jack was assigned to me. Jack is a very great guy. Fantastic customer service. Jack literally did everything from getting my police crash report, even getting on a three way call with my insurance to make sure things go the appropriate way and in a timely manner. I will recommend Allstate all the way. You will truly be impressed with the type of work they will do for you. 100% top-notch service.
