I was so so so pleasantly surprised!! The staff are so nice, Gianna cut my hair and she listened to everything I said. She was so kind and friendly, making conversation through the whole appointment. My hair is dark and usually other places have colored it and it’s always been brassy.. well when she was done, I didn’t even know what to say.
