I went in so upset because of a bad haircut I got and she recommended exactly what would work with my hair type. She talked to me throughout the cut making sure I was ok with what she was doing. “Had a fantastic 1st visit with hairstylist Julie yesterday. From the consultation, telling me which of the 15 hairstyles I showed her would work, which wouldn’t - and why! - to the final haircut that took off at least 1/3 of my length, the whole process was delightful. Scalp massage with the shampoo, teaching me how to style my new cut and fantastic prices. I’ll be back and will bring some friends.

And owner, Frank, was delightful and welcoming.

“I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Leslie did a great job and could definitely sense I wasn’t in the mood to talk. She asked me enough questions, but also left me alone. If it wasn’t for the, I’m assuming manager, that was sitting next to me typing loudly on her computer and the volume up so the dings would also loudly go off it would have been 5 stars. I am not sure why someone in a higher up position would do something like that while somebody is trying to have a relaxing experience next to them. It wasn’t a packed bar and there was other open seats, so that is my only complaint“
