Dave was very communicative throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date on when equipment had been ordered and when it arrived. The day of the installation, he walked me through how to operate the software of the DVR and how to access the camera system on my phone and the web. After the install, he sent me a follow-up email that contained a detailed information sheet of everything we discussed relating to the new DVR. I will absolutely be hiring Dave at VP Security to help me in the future.”
