From the first call, they were both professional and friendly. They showed up on time when the appointment day came and gave us a very fair quote for a gas fireplace. Had a cleaning back in June and it went great from the phone call to the cleaning. Everyone was nice a knowledgeable. The previous owner of my house had the wood burning insert installed by them back in 2020. This thing heats my entire house and is super efficient. Don't believe all the bad reviews you see, some people have a real sense of entitlement.

Outstanding service. Pellet/wood stove service and cleaning for many years and each tech, including the owner Jim, have always been great to deal with and professional. The office staff is always friendly. A newer tech, Declan, did an outstanding job. Very professional, including attention to detail. We will always use FireFox Energy Concepts.
