I want to start off by saying the presentation and the welcoming atmosphere, and the customer service was outstanding second to none. Corbin the service write took my information immediately had the technician Angel to start the diagnosis of what was wrong. The other service writer made sure to direct me to the driver lounge and coffee, water, and tv was available to relax, afterwards he came back to let me know there was a food truck available if I wanted something different. While I was waiting the shop manager Russo came to introduce himself to make sure everything was going well and to talk to if there were any issues. So today was a good day. I have a airline leak. I went to get loaded. They told me I can’t get loaded but I find this awesome place and I can tell you service advisor Corbin and the Mechanic DANIEL they got me knocked out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend
We usually don't write reviews very often but this dealership deserves.I personally called and asked how busy the shop was and when they will be able to take us. Talked to Robert and Ross they were very friendly, professional and very educated they helped me right away and give me the most accurate info possible.After our conversation I sent my unit there ( Cascadia 2021 ) with Nox sensor issue and regen issues.As soon the truck go there and did the check in they put it inside the shop right away and did a perfect and accurate diagnostic, they didn't want to sell me extra stuff or to make the bill bigger as other dealers do.After the conversation approval was given to...read full review
