had Bath Fitter install my bathtub in 2011. Recently, it developed a crack, and since it came with a lifetime guarantee, I contacted them. They promptly came out and replaced it.

Mario was the installer, and he did an excellent job. My husband even offered to help, but Mario handled everything himself and completed the installation professionally and efficiently.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend Bath Fitter 100%. They truly stand behind their lifetime guarantee and provide outstanding customer service.

We were expecting our installation would last 2 day. On day 1 Gustavo arrived look at the job and said that it would take him one day. He was meticulous about the entire installation process. I was extremely surprised how one person was able to make such an installation. The job came out beautifully and we are extreamly happy with the results thanks to Gustavo and Bath Fitters. We highly recommend Bath Fitters to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.
