Although I haven’t received my hardwood floor yet, the experience I’ve had with them has already been a million times better than that of another flooring company. We had ordered floor somewhere else and there was an issue with delivery, I then came to Tristar and needed help as soon as possible. Both the young girl and the gentleman that work there were both so friendly and helpful. Needless to say the major issue I had prior to coming into their business, has been resolved thanks to them! Belvis was knowledgeable and very helpful. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. In fact, just the opposite! Belvis gave me the information and guidance on the floor I picked including pricing and delivery info.
