Today was the first time I tried the Colour Room and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in with my daughter we felt right at home. It has a very cozy, chic vibe. My daughter and I both got haircuts by Jennifer who was wonderful! She is so kind and thorough and seems to truly care about her clients. She even offered to add fairy hair to my daughter’s hair which she is loving now! She went above and beyond to make us happy. All the staff very extremely welcoming and friendly. An exceptionally well run business. If I could give the colour room 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!!!!!
My first time at the Colour Room and WOW!! I walked into a cozy, warm and inviting space and it smelled amazing! I was promptly greeted, placed in a cape, seated and asked if I would like a beverage. I was then told Amanda would be with me shortly( I was 10 minutes early). Amanda greeted me shortly thereafter and I told her what I was looking for. Expresso base with milk chocolate low lites ( I already have dark hair). I expressed how I was not happy with my cut I received elsewhere and showed her pictures of a blunt cut bob. I always love coming here for my haircuts and especially to dye my hair. They’re always careful and listen to what you prefer as well as any suggestions. I’ve had other salons leave me with bleach in my hair for too long at points or get the the balayage completely off.. I’m so happy I found a salon I can continue to come to and feel comfortable.
