Was recommended by several people to see Jennifer for cut and color and I'm so happy I did. Jen was a true artist with hair color and fixed my bad dye job plus hid all the gray hairs that I'm not ready to embrace yet. Nice salon in a cute neighborhood in everyone of the staff members I came in contact with was friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend Shades and especially Jennifer.

Nancy is one of the best hair stylist I have been to since I first started highlighting my hair in my early 20s. I'm always happy with my highlights and color! She is also a kind, warm person with the best prices in the area! I highly recommend Shades Hair Lounge!

Shades (formerly HQ) is a wonderful salon. Conveniently located in downtown Kenilworth with free public parking right in front of the salon itself. Nancy is a fantastic stylist who is fast and efficient. My color & cuts always look amazing. The rest of the salon’s staff is friendly and helpful. Pricing is fair value, not inflated. The salon is clean, modern yet cozy. Give them a try, you’ll be pleased.Services: Blowouts
