She was professional and talked me through each step, which really helped calm my nerves. The process was quick and much less painful than I anticipated(I hardly felt anything which surprised us both lol!).I was impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to detail. “I didn't realize this place was cash only and didn't have a debit card to use with their ATM until a couple minutes after we got started. I could have easily run to the bank and returned before we really got into the service, they said I could go to the bank after and completed my 2 hour service then trusted me to go to the bank and come back. It's so lovely to see that level of faith in humanity in today's world.“

She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products I was putting on my face, she explained everything that she was doing and the benefits of it during the facial, and advised of products I should include as part of my skin care; loved all that! None of the products she used burned my super sensitive acne prone skin which is a plus considering my aesthetician visits with other professionals. Her personality and her space is a vibe too.
