Had an excellent experience with Royal Prime Windows. When I was looking for window replacement quotes for my 100 year old windows, a friend recommended Royal Prime. Of all the companies I contacted, they were the ones who were the most up front with honest pricing and no hard sell. Andrew provided a comprehensive estimate and was extremely knowledgeable about houses in my area. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job with installation, showing up on time and finishing early. Andrew from Royal Prime Windows was outstanding from start to finish. Everything he said he would do, he followed through on exactly, and on time. His communication was clear, his professionalism top-notch, and the quality of his workmanship exceeded my expectations. The window installation was done efficiently and flawlessly, and the results look fantastic. It’s rare to find someone who delivers exactly what they promise, but Andrew certainly does. Highly recommend him and Royal Prime Windows!

Andrew walked us through thoroughly in deciding which windows would suit our building the best while staying within our budget. He was very honest and upfront about scheduling, working requirements, pricing, and payments. He and his employees were very respectful to us and were able to work around our requirements and schedule whilst delivering exceptional work. Andrew was also always available to contact throughout the entirety of the job in case we had any questions.
