We can’t thank you enough. On one of the hottest days in history our central A/C went down! My neighbor referred me to EastCoast and saved the day! Jay came out as exclaimed within the time frame and was in/out after 5 minutes with a new capacitor in place! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

East Coast Heating & Cooling is outstanding!
This past weekend, with temperatures in the 90s, our downstairs zone suddenly stopped working and the house quickly climbed above 80 degrees. I called East Coast, and they were polite, understanding, and incredibly responsive—they found time in their busy schedule and were at my home within an hour.
Jason came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor. He fixed it on the spot and had everything up and running again in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable and also pointed out a few things I should keep an eye on in the future, without any pressure or upselling—just honest, helpful guidance.

East coast came out to replace my A/C unit, they showed up at the exact time they said they would. Each team member was very nice and respectful. I was asked often if I had any questions. They put throws down to protect my floors. When finished I was given a tour of the work they did inside and out. When they left they removed all trash and put everything back in place. They were great! I highly recommend them.
