We hired Infinite Comfort to replace two HVAC units, and we've had them performing maintenance over the years. They are great. Getting an appointment is easy, they follow up with when they'll actually be on site, and they're good at their job. Called Infinite Comfort for an overdue service/maintenance on our HVAC unit and humidifier. Scheduling was quick and easy, I appreciate that they were able to clearly answer what was included in the ~90 min appointment. JD and the trainee were very professional and able to explain their assessment clearly. Price was reasonable and competitive. Feeling confident going into winter and will schedule our AC service with them for the Spring.
I was very impressed! 2 gentlemen came over. They took their time and educated us about what they were assessing. I like the visual aids they used to explain what was wrong with our system, and what had improved. They answered our questions, laid out options for rectifying issues, and they were polite and pleasant to engage with.
