We recently lost a close immediate family member without having pre-planned arrangements and I contacted Thiele-Reid Funeral Family Home in dire need of assistance.
Steven showed extraordinary empathy and compassion from the very first conversation, guiding our family with patience, kindness, and genuine care.
The space itself is beautiful, with a bright naturally lit and warm, home-like atmosphere that brings comfort the moment you walk in, and through out the entire space. It is unlike the traditional dark and depressing atmospheres I have experienced in many other funeral homes.
Losing a loved one is never easy, and during those moments, the last thing you want is added stress. Steven at Thiele-Reid made the entire process as smooth and comforting as possible. He’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely empathic two qualities that make all the difference when you’re navigating something so emotional.
