I had 2 combi tankless water heaters installed by this company which worked fine but since it was winter I did not want to be without heat so we agreed to have them return in the summertime to connect the home heating part. After numerous calls to Bruno and the office my request went ignored to the point that Bruno wouldn't even answer the phone. I could understand if the company is very busy and I gave them plenty of time to get the work done but ignoring a customer's phone calls is just plain unprofessional. I can't recommended this company to family and friends due to my experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Not only did they not show up on time, but the work they did was shoddy and poor. My toilet leaked the first time I used it after they installed it. The shower had no water pressure. They couldn’t figure out how to attach the valves to the shower so they weren’t loose and hanging off. On top of that, the contractor had to beg them to come and finish the job. Run-don’t walk from this horrible company!
