You know me when the service is excellent i write, because this was top tier service, was here for work for three weeks and all my dirty clothes were clean and folded real nice and same day turnaround! Oh and the price is unbeatable.

I have never used a pick-up laundry service before. But I didn't want to spend all day at a laundromat washing our comforters and dog beds. 7 Stars was amazing. They were picked up and delivered when they said they would, the items I sent came back clean and folded neatly, and it didn't cost me a fortune. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend.

Update…. After having a major issue with two employees I spoke with the owner who resolved the issue, as mush as it could be. Florence who is part owner was empathetic to the situation. She remained calm and offered compensation. I asked if she would consider a slightly different solution and she agreed. As I stated to Florence, I have been dealing with a washing machine issue and have had to dropped off my laundry to be done by them a few times; this was the only time I had an issue.
