I called and wanted to book a surprise facial for my wife and daughter.
She very rudely told me she is not accepting new clients so I hung up.
Had she indicated on her website that she is not taking on new clients I would not have called. She answered my complaint with a nice message but did not acknowledge her faux pas with an inaccurate website.

I’ve been going to Najat for waxing and facials for 20+ years and will not let anyone else touch my face! And her products are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wish I could try this local spa, but the pricing is WILD. Have worked in the spa world previously and these costs are double to triple some of the biggest spas in manhattan. Wish they had more affordable options
