I had never visited a JC Penney salon before. And it was wonderful. Francisca, the stylist, did an excellent job blow-drying and trimming my hair. Highly recommend.Great price with amazing service.

So I had an appointment with Medaris who was a recommended stylist from the salon so I trusted their expert opinion. She was a very nice women but the service was not good for the money I spent. I explained to her that I want a balayage with most of my hair being blonde (the outer layer). I showed her multiple pictures, references and previous hair color services I've done so she could best match the color I wanted. The color was good but she over-processed the hair in the back of my head too much and it was white.
