I'm currently undergoing therapy at Sports Mad Physical Therapy Center and the experience has been excellent so far. The staff is professional, caring, and very attentive to my progress. The facility is clean and well-organized. I already feel positive improvements and look forward to continued recovery with their support.
I did therapy here for my knees (bilateral), and I had a great experience. Ihor was the one treating me—he was knowledgeable, kind, and really helped me throughout my recovery journey. I felt supported and cared for every step of the way. The whole staff was lovely as well—always welcoming and professional. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done to help me feel better. Highly recommend this place!
Exceptional customer service - the team that runs front desk is the most accommodating I have ever experienced.
The physical therapists are through and attentive, the aides are fast and multitasking.
Cannot recommend it enough.
