If they can't directly assist you, they will let you know what agencies in the county will. You will not get turned away and you will walk away feeling like you've been assisted. Not only do they offer one on one assistance, they have a tv room, a movie room, support groups, a computer room, art room, quiet room, they serve food and have peer support. If you need assistance they are a one stop shop for help.
