I have called and sent numerous messages seeking an update on my taxes. I dropped my packet off at least 4 months ago and I still cannot get an answer. I will be there tomorrow to collect all of my paperwork. This is absolutely unacceptable at this point.

Do not trust this tax business. Mahendra promised to file an extension for me to avoid filing late, but it was never done. I was given the runaround for over a month, while my calls and texts were ignored—even though the messages were clearly read. I eventually had to file elsewhere, resulting in a late submission. This business is rude, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. I strongly advise others to stay away.

I've been filing my taxes with Mahendra for about 7 years now and he's always done a great job! He explained my options and worked with me every time I filed with him. My father also has been filing his taxes with Mahendra for about 10+ years and I was recommended to Mahendra through my father. I would recommend him and his services to my family and friends.
