my experience was very relaxing and much needed. From start to finish I received exceptional customer service. Latasha at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Steven my masseuse was very attentive and gave the most amazing massage.

The massage was good. However, I found it poor business when the front desk staff was not in place at the stated business opening hours. This is the 2nd time I came and was unable to get properly checked in. I suggest that appointments should be an hour after the stated open hour to ensure staff & the establishment are fully ready to receive customers. As it's not a good look for clients who make the effort to come at their appointed time. Massage Envy stresses come in at least 10-15 minutes early, but does not have a team member available - UGH!

Annette was amazing. I was barely able to walk when I came in but she got me back feeling 100% and relaxed. She even gave me some useful stretching tips to prevent my muscles from tightening again
