She is very knowledgeable of the Jersey City Market, has access to a wealth of data, and has a very robust network of vendors for everything from plumbers to painters to cleaners and more. She is hardworking, flexible, responsive, and informative, yet down-to-earth. She works to close deals quickly, gather information needed, negotiate, and get offers above ask.
