I'm genuinely shocked by the number of 5-star reviews for this business. If you’re looking for overpriced, rude, and unprofessional service, look no further than this plumbing company. It all started when the technician showed up and quoted me an outrageous $700 to simply replace a gas valve and hose for my stove. After I told him that price was too high, he begrudgingly said he could replace the parts for $400. It felt extremely shady that he tried to overcharge me by such a large amount in the first place.
