I have to give them special credit because I arrived an hour late for my appointment due to my own mistake. Instead of making me feel stressed or judged, they welcomed me with kindness, adjusted everything, and somehow still had me completely ready on time. We brought our 9-month-old son in for his first haircut and had a great experience. We scheduled the appointment around his meals and naps, and although he got a bit impatient toward the end (as expected), there were surprisingly no tears!
We only wanted a simple trim to keep the hair out of his eyes, and we were very happy with the result. Samantha was patient and did a wonderful job.
