I almost didn’t come to this business because of the bad reviews, but I am very satisfied with the effort they put into removing a coffee stain from my sweater. The shirt was stained for about a month, I ended up forgetting about it in my car. When I brought it to the cleaners, I didn’t have a lot of hope that they could fix it. However, they told me they would need a little extra time to get the stain out, and it looks good as new. The material is cotton, polyester, and paper. I will definitely come back here again.

Their dry cleaning was exceptional and quick. I also needed some items hemmed before my upcoming wedding and they hemmed the items to perfection, for a reasonable price, and unbelievably fast. Very pleased!

I decided to try Grove Pointe Cleaners to dry clean 2 suits because of location. I’m beyond impressed. Drop off and pickup were super fast and both women were equally kind. Best of all, they did a wonderful job with my suits. They were not only clean and without damage, but they were neatly pressed with solid creases on the pants and a very fresh scent. Take note if you’re sensitive to stronger scents to ask them to use a scent free approach, but I appreciate the small attention to details they provided and will return.
