About Get Rich Cuts

Get Rich Cuts is an established business that generally provides a good dining experience. The food is described as great, with better quality than other similar establishments. The managers are reported to be super nice, and the waiters are very helpful and professional. The restaurant offers a steak and bourbon tasting that is well-received, with large portions of food and drinks that are considered worth the $50 per person cost. Customers enjoy the variety of meats served, and the salad bar and Brazilian side dishes like cheese bread, polenta fries, and caramelized plantains are appreciated as good value. The restaurant is praised for its cozy and romantic atmosphere, and the management is willing to accommodate special requests, such as private tables, sometimes sending complimentary samples and champagne. However, reviews highlight issues with the welcome crew, described as unprofessional, aggressive, and unpleasant to interact with, which has led some customers to consider not returning. Service quality has occasionally dropped, with customers noting the need for more attentive staff. Overall, guests find the food delicious, though some mention it being overly seasoned and salty, and appreciate the fun experience of trying different meats, especially the lamb sirloin and rib steak.

That's was my worst experience in Fogo de Chao, waited forever for coffee and cake, waitresses were careless, we called them and remind them couple of times. Finally had warm coffee instead of hot and after 30 min cakes finally arrived.

The waiter was outstanding. He made sure we had everything we needed, was friendly but not too overwhelming. The food was just ok. Hard to get a piece of meat that wasn't wrapped in bacon.

We went for first time and was pretty good experience. the food was delicious specially the chicken and the lamb. To get better... the buffet some of the options should be warm food not cold. specially the asparagus, maybe a little steamer should be better. The service was on point. the only bad i can say is they took so long to bring the dishes to the table, i have to stand up and ask if we are suppose to go to the buffet to grab the dishes or the waiter will bring to the table. we spend a minimum time waiting to get the dishes on our table. the honesty is 10 of 10 we left behind one of our phone and when we get home i called and they have it and invited us to go back...read full review
