Came in here yesterday with my mom. While the staff are nice and all, they must’ve didn’t reach their quota for the day because towards the end of my appointment, they started adding their own prices and these are prices that were NOT on the menu list by the front door. that’s not right. I’m a loyal customer and Elizabeth knows that too so it sucks how she and her co worker were trying to sneak in extra charges when we ALL agree to one price. If it’s extra money to get a certain item, you HAVE to inform your customers about it beforehand. Don’t wait till the end of the appointment to tell them a whole different price.
I've been here quite a few times and it's been middle of the road, never bad, but never exceptional. I think finding the right salon is really all about finding the right nail tech though! I've seen one nail tech there around 3 times and she's always been pretty good. I've also seen one who was not as much of a perfectionist and didn't have the attention to detail that I prefer, but my nails still didn't look bad. However! I went a few days ago and ended up with a very quiet nail tech named Elizabeth. I showed her a design that I liked and she nodded her head and said okay, though she mentioned my nails might be too short. I was a little nervous but hoping for the best. My nails came out so good! I'm a tough critic but I'm obsessed with this manicure, Elizabeth really did her thing! Check the pics of what I wanted and what I got! I will definitely be going to Elizabeth the next time I have a design in mind.
I have been here a couple of times and they’re decent, prices are ok , staff is not very friendly, even tough I’ve been here a couple of times they don’t greet me. I’m still trying to find a great place but so far no luck
