Unprofessional. The closest appointment I got was weeks ahead and then two days prior I received a message saying I better come to her private practice. I had booked for the jersey city office but then who cares. Best part was when they tried to convince me how I will get ‘special care’ if I choose to come to the private practice instead of going to health center. Classic!

My mother was scheduled for today’s appointment 10AM today , I checked in online and on arrival write her name on the sheet. The staff didn’t call her inside till 12 at Noon , in the meantime I approach on counter 2 times to tell them why they are not calling her inside. Finally when they call her inside , Doctor showed her anger why she didn’t sign up , i checked in online and sign the sheet and approach the counter 2 times and the doctor showed her anger and refuses the treatment. When mother left the doctor room without the treatment , Doctor stopped her and gave the treatment. This behaviour is not acceptable. We are the victim of being neglected by the...read full review

I had an unpleasant experience throughout. There is no communication at all between the dentist and the administrative staff. I would book an appointment based on the dentist’s availability but the staff would give appointments which the dentist would always cancel. And cancel when? When I actually show up at the clinic. She would decline to treat.This happened 4-5 times!And the dentist herself was quite rude, impolite and impatient with me always. Interaction with her was the opposite of comforting.I would recommend looking for another dentist.After completing the treatment I had signed up for, I decided to change my dentist.
