I had an amazing experience with Luisa! She is extremely professional and pays incredible attention to detail. I got a gel manicure with builder, and the result was absolutely beautiful—very thorough, clean, and perfectly done. She took her time and made sure everything looked flawless. Luisa is also super friendly and gave great recommendations, and I received so many compliments thanks to her suggestions. I couldn’t be happier with my nails and will definitely be coming back. Wanted to treat myself, and a mani/pedi with a loft height skyline view made that an extra perk. I haven't been here in years, and I was glad to be back. Clean, professional, no technicians on phones, music/tv not loud, comfortable layout, and welcoming staff.
I didn't have to be concerned with an accidental cuticle nip, or unclean tools. I got rubbed and scrubbed and stone massaged by a great tech (Yeime) and there was no rushing, no miscommunication, and great application of gel polish. The other staff seemed just as great as she was. I hope to make this my monthly routine.
