I have read so many good reviews and some bad, which worried me. But I decided to take the risk and drop my shoes. Let me say Bob did an absolutely amazing job. 6 pairs of shoes looked absolutely new again with heels and soles replaced and shined like they were new. I’m glad I found a new place with great work and way cheaper than other shoe repair shops in Hoboken and New York.
The majority of any busy shop will make flawless mistakes, but when communicating with Bob, it was done right away. Which people would rather go online and write a bad review than tell Bob to fix it on the spot. Don’t be shy and communicate people. It not Covid era anymore.
Thanks guys! Well run and charming neighborhood shop. Brought in three pairs of tory burch flats and a pair of Tod’s drivers to be repaired and stretched in various ways and they did a great job. Fair price too. Will be back!
