We recently had our master bathroom redesigned and renovated, and our experience with A to Z Contracting was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. After meeting with several contractors for estimates, we ultimately chose A to Z, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. From the very beginning, Bill, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. We were unsure of the direction we wanted to take, but Bill listened carefully, offered thoughtful suggestions, and came up with a design he was confident we’d love—and we truly do! His vision transformed our space into a bathroom that is both beautiful and functional. The A to Z team was exceptional throughout the process. They were always timely, friendly, neat, and respectful in our home. Bill promised a four-week turnaround, whereas other contractors quoted seven to eight weeks, and he delivered exactly as promised—on time and with meticulous attention to detail. Even after the renovation was complete, Bill’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident. We had a small issue with one of the mirrors, and he personally came back within two days to fix it. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work and stand so firmly by their word. Overall, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and highly enjoyable. I called A to Z and met Bill. One of the friendliest and knowledgeable people I met we spent more time talking about grilling than we did my bathroom. He quickly gave me an estimate the same day. I gave him the job and his crew did great! Love the new bathroom and he even gave me some smoked salmon he made during the project. I'll call again just for more food!
