Rekeyed my car’s new chip key and fob. No issues. Very satisfied. Very nice people.

Lost a set of my 2008 Nissan’s car keys (chip key and fob). Brought my own set from amazon and they paired the key and fob for a very reasonable price.

My daughter has broken my house key while we were on our way out to drop her off at school. I was locked out with my 18 month old son. I came here to get a duplicate and literally in and out in about 5 mins I walked in and was greeted by everyone and even got a cute little Dallas cowboys key. I’ve lived in jersey city all my life and I’ve rode past here daily and never been inside but now I am a forever customer. I’m horrible with names. I believe his name was Brandon but he was so amazing!!! I thought my Monday was off too a bad start but you guys changed that right around. Thank you soooo much.

Jonathan came out within one hour and changed the key cylinder in less than 10 min. He was extremely courteous and pleasant.

The person who picked up the phone was very nice and courteous as well.

Since this place was not the highest rated locksmith around here, I called two other places before Thorough locksmith. One store never picked up the phone, and the other store, the clerk used so many jargons which I could not understand. So, I moved onto the next on the list.

I am glad I called this place and all of them were so nice and courteous. Price was reasonable and two thumbs up ??
