This is a big shout-out to each and every person who works here in the Jackson location! From the first phone call, the friendliness is appreciated. All the staff make it a point to know each client's name, and you are always greeted with a smile from everyone working there. Every employee cares about how you feel, never mind just how you are progressing. My 2 boys are getting the best care possible after running all over NY, NJ & Brooklyn to specialists to help them nothing was working until now. Called on 2 diff days both calls were put on hold by a christine i believe and never came back to the phone after 15 20 min i hung up the phone. 2nd issue they advertise a free consult on their mailers and when i called back a third time i was told 200 for the first consult. I will go elsewhere

I want to express our thanks to the best staff and Dr’s of Northeast Sports and Spine Medicine for treating us with dedication and respect they are highly professionals who have help my husband Ortensio and I above and beyond anything we could expect! When the insurance were giving my husband a hard time to help him with his therapy Dr Lanbrou did everything posible to help us with this situation. Thanks to him and the amazing Chiropractors, Drs and Therapist my husband and I are doing incredibly better! If we could give all of the a 10 in this review we would, we actually look forward going to physical therapy we leave feeling better and we are treated like family. Thank you all God bless ??
