On a below-zero day when we were dealing with frozen pipes, Neil Brooks Plumbing responded immediately, and that alone says everything. They were incredibly responsive, clear, and attentive, walking me through what to do over the phone and making sure I understood each step. They also reassured me that they would come out the same day if the issue wasn’t resolved.
What really stood out was the level of personal care. They stayed in contact throughout the day checking in with me. That kind of responsiveness and commitment is rare and so appreciated, especially in an emergency.
