Water main broke Sunday morning. His team showed up at 8am the next day ready to go. Identified the break and repaired in less than 2 hours. Excellent sense of urgency, super professional and great follow up. The owner called personally to check in after work was completed to ensure we were happy. Highly recommended. Oh and they took great care to keep as much of my grass intact as possible. That was much appreciated!

My toilet was leaking and my insurance referred me to Messer Plumbing and Heating. I cannot say enough good things! The guys were prompt, professional, and knowledgable. Mr. Messer even helped me sort out a different issue I had going on. I thought I'd have to pay out of pocket and even asked for the estimate but he knew straight away my insurance would take care of it. He called them right then and was able to schedule my next repair. I am truly grateful I gave them a chance!!!

I have a well and my well failed. I called many people and Messer was the only company that called me back. He was at my house at 8 o'clock the next morning. Jeff gave me great advice about how to proceed and what contractor to call after his part of the job was finished. They had to dig up 130 feet of my yard. When they were finished they put all the dirt back, re-graded the dirt, brought in topsoil and planted grass seed. They even re-planted the one bush they had to take out and put my mulch and my plastic trim back around it. Inside the house where they had to drill through the cement in the basement they cleaned up everything perfectly and left no mess whatsoever. I am so grateful to have found them and can't say enough good things about how they treated me as a customer and a human being. It's nice to know that there are businesses that still care about the welfare and well-being of their clients. I am incredibly happy with their service.
