So much love and respect for Keith and Flow Martial Arts! My daughter Scarlet has been training under Keith for years and she’s grown in many ways. She’s faster, stronger, discipline, and can defend herself. What I love most about Keith and his teachings is how patient but firm (when necessary & respectful) he is with all children. He’s aware of any special needs our children may have without making them feel like they’re different. Treating each student like they’re his own child with the same respect he expects to receive!
