We searched long and hard to find a real dojo. Found a lot of black belt mills, but no quality, traditional martial arts schools. Then, I happened to see someone wearing an Isshinryu Karate Academy shirt in the post office one day. I was curious, since this was the style I studied as a child. I knew from the very first class that this would be our home, and it has been for about 4 years now. Sensei Mike and the other sensei are steeped in tradition and discipline.
