I can only say one thing it is an amazing experience I've had at encore dental of Jackson the dr. Was so gentle and patient with me I didn't feel pain I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands and I was! Thank you so much! For know be able to smile

This was my second time going to Encore Dental. The hygienist and the dentist were great. Everyone is so polite and friendly. When I checked out the girl was so helpful with my insurance. She broke down my treatment plan to help me maximize my benefits. No other dentist office I went to ever did that. It is a great place to go. I highly recommend this office.

I hate to write a bad review here, because the staff are amazing, professional, and do a really good job with my teeth. Also the place is impeccably clean. I've always been very happy with the service. This is the only dentist i have returned to more than a few times.The issue is surprise billing and a total lack of customer support. I was informed on my last appointment (six months ago) that their policy was changing, and cleanings would be nearly 700 without insurance now. I had recently got dental insurance with a new job, so i made sure everything was covered (which according to both my insurance, and the office, it was) I received a text saying i had an unpaid balance...read full review
