I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I never have any issues here and they are always quick and answer the phone promptly. I used to go to their other location in Brooklyn before moving here. I actually choose this place every time I need an urgent care. They have great hours too! The google maps location is slightly off but that’s google maps not the actual clinic review. I would definitely recommend this urgent care clinic.
Was skeptical to go here after reading many recent negative reviews. Went anyways. Had a nice experience. Didn’t wait at all in waiting room. Once in a room I waited about 4-5 minutes. Total time from when I arrived till I left was about 15 minutes.
I’m very disappointed from my visit to this urgent care, they performed poor job in checking, I had fever and sore throat and all test negative I will never go back there, I felt that I wasted my time and visit charges with no care provided!!!
