He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue based on my description, and resolved the problem within half an hour. Super professional, fast, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend ARK Heating & Air. Called on New Year's Day because our system was in bad shape & had a leak. Ross the owner came out the same day then came back with his guys the next day. We are up & running with heat again. Ross and his workers Joe & Christan are great people. You can't ask for a better crew to work on your HVAC system. Ross (ARK Heating & Air) now has a life long customer. I highly recommend them you will be very happy you called him. I also called another HVAC Company, left a message & 3 days later still have not got a call back. When I called ARK, Ross answered the phone when I called. I am so glad he did.
