Mike is very Knowledgeable and helpful during our home inspection, he knows each and every aspects of the house. after completion of the inspection he walked throughout the major and minor repairs and issues. he is very patient and answered all our questions. The best part of the inspection is the detailed report which includes photos and videos which was very easy to read and understand. highly recommend Mike with universal home inspection.
This was my first home buying/home inspection experience and I am so happy I went with All Phase. Mike is very thorough, he was patient with all of my questions during the actual inspection, quick to respond via text in the days prior, and sent us the final report hours after the inspection. I was really impressed, I will definitely be recommending!
I utilized Mike on a previous home inspection and tried to use his service again, but my location was too far away for him. Mike is in Jackson, NJ. My realtor was Marion from Remax. She was also very impressed by Mike's work. Mike even give me some pointers on my home inspection for my 2nd home even though he couldn't make it to the appointment!! I would highly recommend him.
