Location: easily accesible via rail and a short walk away. Pedestrian friendly enough street crossings.
Staff: polite and knowledgeable. Cognizant of time.

The place itself is nice, but the people always make you feel very much unwelcome. It's strange given what they do, but it feels like they don't want you there. Weird behaviors
I just did my first focus group with Wilkins Research here and the place was nice very and I collected my giftcard today. Did not have the long wait experience not sure if it was another research group just using their space but I had a good experience
