Extremely unprofessional experience. I drove 30–40 minutes for an AeroLase appointment only to be told when I arrived that my 5-session package was already finished. There was no call, no mention when booking, and no courtesy to check my file beforehand. This is basic customer service, and instead my time, gas, and effort were completely wasted. It also feels like a tactic to get clients in the door just to upsell more sessions — which is not okay.
My last session with Dr. Sanya was also disappointing. She rushed through the treatment, spent breaks texting on her phone, and even burnt some of my eyebrow hair. While she’s friendly, the professionalism and quality of care were lacking compared to Patty, who handled most of my sessions and was excellent. Sadly, my overall experience ended on a sour note, and I won’t be returning.

Dr. Sanya was the BEST. I got a masseter botox and lip flip and she was so gentle with me. She was also super informative with everything I was asking her questions about and really loved how she made recommendations and suggestions on how much botox I would need especially since I expressed to her that I wanted a more natural look. I’m so glad I found her and this stunning med spa!

If it wasn't for him I would be suffering with menopause. I've been going for over two years and the regime he provided has been life changing. I drive a low model car so I can afford to invest in my health. At 50, do you really need to shop and buy stuff. Nooo. Invest in yourself.
